IPSOGEN history

IPSOGEN was founded in 1999 in Marseille, France, by Vincent FERT, Stéphane DEBONO and Fabienne HERMITTE. All three cofounders are still involved in the executive managment and the development of the company.

IPSOGEN was created with the support of Bertrand Jordan (Director of research CNRS) and Daniel Birnbaum (Director of research Inserm) and also took advantages of its historical partnership with Institut Paoli-Calmettes, Cancer Research Center, Marseille, where both scientific teams collaboration benefits from the close relationship.
