Ipsogen expands its IVD offer in leukemia diagnostic with the CE marking of JAK2 MutaQuant™ and JAK2 MutaSearch™ Kits

 

JAK2 MutaQuant™ and MutaSearch™ Kits are now CE marked!

JAK2V617F is the most common molecular marker in Polycythemia Vera, Essential Thrombocythemia, and Primary Myelofibrosis; its detection is now fully integrated into the diagnostic work-up of Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN)¹.

Recent publications also mention the usefulness of quantifying JAK2V617F for prognosis or MRD monitoring in MPN patients^2,3.

In this context, Ipsogen is pleased to announce the CE marking of its JAK2 MutaQuant^TM Kits ref# MQPP-02-CE and ref# MQPP-03-CE (mini kit) and JAK2 MutaSearch^TM Kit ref# MSPP-05-CE.
MutaQuant^TM assays allow precise quantification of JAK2V617F allele burden in Peripheral Blood samples while MutaSearch^TM Kit is designed for JAK2V617F detection at diagnosis with a positivity cut-off at 1%.
