Ipsogen further expands its offer in leukemia diagnostic, including a new NPM1 kit and 3 new BCR-ABL products Category: Leukemia
A new kit for NPM1 mutation A in AML NPM1 mutations are involved in about 60% of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) patients with normal karyotype and represent the most specific and frequent genetic lesions described in adult de novo AML. IPSOGEN proposes now a comprehensive set of Quality Controls for BCR-ABL with its new Control Kit ref#CLCK-02 including High, Low and Negative controls for BCR-ABL p190 (mbcr). This set of control cell lines can be used as qualitative controls of the sample processing for total RNA extraction and reverse transcription steps in the context of BCR-ABL mbcr quantification by RQ-PCR. Low positive control for BCR-ABL mbcr is also available as a separated reference (ref#PCCL-04). Part of the BCR-ABL Dx range of products, this new CE marked kit for In Vitro Diagnostic is ideal for mid-size laboratories with limited number of samples to test (12 samples in duplicate per kit). This new complete mini BCR-ABL FusionQuant Dx Kit (ref#FQPP-10-DXmin-CE) contains enzymes, primers and probe mixes, plasmid calibrators and quality controls for Reverse Transcription and RQ-PCR steps.
