Discover our new solution for MPL W515L/K mutation screening
The new MPL W515L/K MutaScreenTM Kit has been designed to detect both MPL W515L and W515K mutations on genomic DNA isolated from peripheral blood.
This kit contains positive and negative controls, ready-to-use mixes of primers and probes, and cut-off samples for an accurate screening of W515L and W515K mutations.
MPL mutations have been described in Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN). MPL W515L and MPL W515K mutations were detected in about 5% and 1% of JAK2 V617F-negative Primary Myelofibrosis and Essential Thrombocythemia respectively.
This new kit is an addition to our JAK2 range of products for a better screening of MPN disorders.

Discover our new solution for JAK2 V617F quantification
The new JAK2 MutaQuantTM Kit has been designed to precisely quantify JAK2 V617F load in peripheral blood samples by RQ-PCR.
This kit contains controls, ready-to-use mixes of primers and probes, and two different sets of standards for wild type and mutant alleles ranging from 50 to 50.000 copies/µl for a precise measurement of JAK2 V617F load in DNA samples.

BCR-ABL Mbcr Dx Kit is a unique diagnostic assay designed for the evaluation of major and complete cytogenetic responses in CML Ph+ patients.

IPSOGEN is also pleased to announce the commercial launch of CLLU1 ProfileQuant® Kit, an exclusive quantitative assay for the new CLLU1 marker in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia.
This kit allows the standardization, the detection and the quantification of the CLL Up-regulated Gene 1 (CLLU1) transcripts. Both pilot and larger independent studies have shown that CLLU1 over expression was significantly associated with shorter overall survival and serves as strong prognostic marker in CLL.
With the addition of this new assay in CLL, IPSOGEN is now proposing molecular diagnostic solutions for all subtypes of leukemia.
