The close relationships Ipsogen has built with its scientific partners, its clients in expert healthcare centers and the LeukemiaNet European network - which Ipsogen is a member of - are critical to its development. They provide the Company with upstream access to high diagnostic potential technologies and, downstream, to a clinical network allowing validation, standardization and marketing of these technologies.
Ipsogen has developed a sophisticated protection policy of its research results, whether obtained independently by the Company’s researchers or the fruit of collaboration with external research and/or healthcare Institutes.
The Company has simultaneously developed a competitive expertise to identify, among the many biomarkers proposed by the scientific community, the ones with the highest medical and commercial value.
The acquired patented intellectual property of Ipsogen and its actual ability to negotiate and obtain exploitation licenses for patents on chosen candidate biomarkers, make of Ipsogen the first choice partner for all developments linked to cancer molecular diagnostics. To strengthen its leadership, the Company will pursue its aggressive acquisition strategy for licences and other intellectual property rights.
