Since 2008 IPSOGEN is listed on the Euronext market.

The Board of IPSOGEN consists of seven members, including two founders (CEO and COO), three representatives of its main investor QIAGEN N.V., and two independent Board members.

IPSOGEN has set up an Audit Committee in charge of the oversight of financial reporting and disclosure, before it is submitted to the Board.
