Two new JAK2 V617F detection kits

    JAK2 V617F MutaSearchTM Kit: a new multiplatform kit compatible with LightCycler® 1.2 & 1.5 systems
In order to better address laboratory needs, IPSOGEN developed a new JAK2 V617F detection assay based on allele specific technology, making it compatible with all types of Real Time PCR instruments. With a positive cut-off sample at 1%, the new JAK2 V617F MutaSearchTM Kit (ref#MSPP-05) is ideal for JAK2 V617F detection.

    JAK2 V617F MutaScreenTM EZ Kit: the ready-to-use solution for JAK2 V617F detection
For the numerous labs which expressed their need for an all-inclusive JAK2 kit, IPSOGEN is pleased to announce the availability of JAK2 V617F MutaScreenTM EZ Kit (ref#MSPP-01-EZ-CE).
This CE marked kit includes RQ-PCR enzyme, ready-to-use primers and probes mix and controls. Fast and easy of use, this sensitive and highly specific assay offers a fully integrated solution for JAK2 V617F detection.

New kit for NPM1 mutations in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

    NPM1 B & D mutations in AML

NPM1 mutations are observed in up to 60% of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) patients with normal karyotype; they represent the most specific and frequent genetic lesions described in adult de novo AML.

After NPM1 mut A MutaQuantTM Kit launched  in April 2009 to provide a sensitive and highly specific quantification of NPM1 mutation A in RNA isolated from peripheral blood, we are pleased to announce the launch of NPM1 mut B & D MutaQuantTM Kit (ref# MQPP-05) for the quantification of mutations B and D.

Providing results expressed in Normalized Copy Number (NCN), this kit contains two sets of standards used as calibrators for NPM1 mutations B and D, ABL control gene standards, and ready-to-use primers and probe mixes for NPM1 mutations B and D, and ABL.
