Control and Fusion Gene Standards for RQ-PCR Analysis of Fusion Gene Expression.
Our FusionQuant® Standards are intended for the quantification of individual fusion genes or control genes by RQ-PCR.
Standards are manufactured and controlled according to ISO 13485:2003 quality standard.
ISO 13485:2003 compliance requires stringency in validation and documentation of manufacturing procedures.
Each Control Gene Standard is comprised of three to five vials containing precisely controlled dilutions of a given gene.
These standards are intended for the quantification of mRNA in RQ-PCR reactions.
Each Control Gene Standard is comprised of three to five vials containing precisely controlled dilutions of a given gene.
For ABL, you can choose either 3 (103, 104, 105 copies in 5μl) or 4 (103, 104, 105, 106 copies in 5μl) dilutions. For the others standards, dilutions are: 103, 104, 105 copies in 5μl for BCR & GUS; 105, 106, 107 copies in 5μl for B2M; and 104, 105 ,106 copies in 5μl for TBP. Each standard is sufficient to perform a minimum of 8 reactions.

Each Fusion Gene Standard is comprised of five vials containing precisely controlled dilutions of a given fusion gene. Standard dilutions: 101, 102, 103, 105, 106 copies in 5μl. Each standard is sufficient to perform a minimum of 8 reactions.
