Second, our Licensing team will get in contact with you and will realize an initial evaluation of the non-confidential data you could provide us. In case of first positive evaluation, we will ask you for further data, under confidentiality agreement.

Then, our specialized integrated evaluation team looks into this confidential data in detail. This team will include members of your team as well as the relevant Ipsogen specialists, from R&D, Marketing, Medical, Manufacturing, Regulatory, IP, Licensing, Senior Management, as could be appropriate.

After a positive thorough evaluation, IPSOGEN Licensing officers will conduct due diligence efforts, along with the negotiation of partnership terms.

Candidates

We are looking for licensing partnerships around innovative oncology biomarker candidates and diagnostic technologies.

Ideal Biomarker candidates shall:

• provide additional essential information to physicians and patients about the nature of the diseases, in the oncology field,

• have an existing clinical proof of concept.
